ROUGH WEEKEND? CLEAN IT UP WITH …Savory Avocado Donut (gluten-free, vegan, soy-free, low sugar)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 cup arrowroot
1/2 cup millet flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp flaxmeal
1/3 cup xylitol
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup mashed avocado (about 1/2 of an avocado)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp coconut oil (liquid)
Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk together. Next add in the avocado, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, and end with water.
Stir till well combined. Scoop into donut pan (lightly greased with coconut oil) and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 14-16 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
Carefully remove from donut pan and let cool as you make your frosting.
